I have listed a new property at 625 STATION ROAD in Lytton. See details here
This home has survived the 1931 and the 2021 Wildfires that swept threw Lytton. You will notice the green photos which were taken on the day the wildfire started, the original listing date. The seller was on site checking in on the tenants and meeting me for a listing appointment after putting in lot of work getting this home ready to list. Sadly that all came to a halt on June 30, 2021. This is one of the only homes standing in Lytton. Lytton Wildfire Recovery process can be viewed on the Village website. BC Hydro has finished reinstating Hydro to the town, and it is ready to be connected on site. Municipal Sewer and Water are still not back in place so no current connection for the homes. The tenants were evacuated, homes are vacant. Photos were taken prior to fire. Sellers is not aware of any damage to the home other than a broken window from a hose. Great opportunity to provide housing for rebuild workers.
