Biography

Representing Kamloops, Ashcroft, Cache Creek, Logan Lake, Loon Lake, Lillooet and the Bridge River Valley homeowners and future homeowners, Casie is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.


Casie understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in the BC South Interior, with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity. She brings her previous 20 years of professional consulting work supporting clients to find their own positive outcomes through education and support.   As an educator and advocate, she learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for all her clients.


As your real estate agent, Casie will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying or selling, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, she will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology, team collaboration, superior marketing materials. If you are buying, she will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.


Casie understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time real estate agent, she will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. She will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need her.


Casie specializes in all facets of the Real Estate business, whether it be navigating the way for first time buyers, foreclosures, trying to score that perfect rural property or providing help in the luxury market, she has experience with it all. 


Through running successful businesses and developing properties, Casie learned the value of true commitment, collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit.  Prior to becoming licensed she sold her own complex properties which included an equine based eco tourism ranch with multiple tenures, permits and licenses, a 5 acres parcel of raw land with modular home, 5 acres with partially developed home and legal easements assigned, Hobby Farm within Village of Lillooet limits.  She is proud to continue to be a business owner in her home community of Ashcroft BC as well as have an investment property where she houses the Interior Health Nurses.  This first hand experience helps her understand Tenancy Agreements and Commercial Lease contracts not only professionally but personally. 


When not working she is spending time with her family.  All of her children are grown adults with families of their own now.  She enjoys hosting large family dinners so relive the past chaos of a large family!  Casie loves rural living. Originally moving from Vancouver in 1991 to live in a remote wilderness location (Gold Bridge, BC) to surround herself in nature.   She enjoys the lifestyle of growing an organic garden, cooking farm to plate style, ethically sourcing her food and hosting dinner parties.  She is a foodie at heart and loves creating delicacies directly through foraging from nature or local farms. She has many recreational interests that she thoroughly enjoys, such as her home garden, hiking, SUP, fishing, and all that the outdoors provides.   Her partner Vince is a passionate recreationalist and together they love exploring new trails and travelling together. 


Casie is a proud supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, Ashcroft HUB and Food Bank.


She is an active Member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing.  She holds designations as an RLP eAgent® and Social Marketer®.  Currently she is working on completing her CLHMS and Accredited Buyers Representative with NAR.
